River Community Church in Red Bluff was planted in the Spring of 2014 by Neighborhood Church of Anderson and Cottonwood. Nat Porter and Mark Roberts were the original planters. They had a vision for a new church in Red Bluff; a church where the gospel of Jesus Christ would be proclaimed, lives would be changed, and people would be brought into a new family...the family of God.  It would be a community of followers of Jesus who would pursue the joy of God for the glory of God! The church started out with a handful of people who embraced their vision, and worked hard to make it so.

Today, the church is led by Rich Titus and Mateo Perez.  We continue to embrace the vision of proclaiming the Gospel in such a way that lives are changed, joy in Jesus is shared, and God is glorified through it all!  We possess a strong passion for being a light in our city; a light that shines on the Kingdom of God, inviting all who would to enter.

Today, Rich and his wife Jackie live in the nearby community of Gerber where, in their spare time, they raise Angus and Simangus cattle, as well as Boer goats.  Rich and Jackie both have a passion for church planting and sharing the gospel with the youth of their community,

Mateo Perez is an elder at River Community Church. He coordinates community groups, as well as hosting and leading a community group; teaches on occasion, and organizes set up and tear down of church services.
